Role Profile 
The Field Sales Representative will help us establish and grow our presence in the Tri-State area beverage market in both alcohol and D9 hemp. In this role you will be the face of both Collective Arts and Collective Project throughout the Tri-State area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive sales environment and is passionate about sales, arts, music, and craft beverages. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to close deals, foster meaningful relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.

A Field Sales Representative for Collective Arts is a:
  • Social Genius: Driving sales by building sustainable partnerships at all distributors and key retailers, bars, and restaurants across the Tri-State area. Emphasizing the Collective Arts Brewing & Collective Project brands and product value for customers
  • People Person: Strengthen and maintain partnerships with key retailers, bars, and restaurants. Establishing trust and fostering strong relationships with new customers and distributors to drive business growth.
  • Event Rep: Represent both companies at select  festivals, events and trade shows
  • Creative Problem Solver: Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with our Marketing team for on- and off-premise events and promotions
  • Team Player: Working with the Marketing and Sales teams to support the Collective Arts/Collective Project business model
  • Collaborative: Conducts regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth

How will your time be organized?
  • 65% Selling:  Ensuring brand visibility through displays, point-of-sale materials, and making sure the product is well-represented through various retailers
  • 15% Brand Education: Host tastings, training sessions, and events for both consumers and retail staff to increase Collective Arts and Collective Project product knowledge.
  • 10% Traveling: Driving to various locations with products for demos, sales, and transfers.
  • 5% Event Participation: Representing Collective Arts and Collective Project across the Tri-State area at trade shows and festivals to increase brand awareness.
  • 5% Market Research & Reporting: Gathering insights from the field regarding market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor activities; reporting back to sales and marketing teams.

We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of structured selling or previous experience as a Sales Manager,  Territory Sales Manager or similar. Experience in the CPG field is a priority.
  • Reside within New York, Tri-Cities
  • High energy, self-motivated individual with a competitive edge  
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with an open and apparent positive mindset
  • Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability
  • Solid networking capability with a dynamic business acumen
  • Ability to work weekday, evenings and weekends to fit company needs. 
  • Own a reliable vehicle and have a willingness to travel
  • Fully able to lift 20 kgs multiple times per day
